Mary L. Alessi, 84, of Boothwyn died June 20, 2008 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Alessi was born in Akron, NY the daughter of the late Sherry and Irene NEE Poodry Poodry. Robert J. Agnew, 76, a 31 year resident of Swarthmore died May 20, 2008 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Prior to living in Swarthmore Mr. Agnew was a resident of Ridley Park. Mr. Agnew was born in Bryn Mawr the son ot the late James E. and M. Grace nee Vogdes Agnew. He attended Our Mother of Good Counsel School and graduated from Lower Merion High School in 1950.
Mr. Agnew was employed by Conrail ( Penn Central and Pennsylvania Railroad) for 42 years in the Material Accouting Department retiring in 1992. more…
